
INGREDIENTS:
2 Ripe Bananas
2 Cups of Rolled Oats
2 Tbsp of Almond Butter
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 Cup of Unsweetened Applesauce
1/3 Cup of Dried Unsweetened Cranberries
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine all the ingredients and stir together.
- Form the cookies into small balls (about 1 to 1.5 Tbsp) on a cookie sheet.
- Place the cookies in the oven for about 20 minutes.
NOTES:
Servings: 18 Cookies
DO NOT use peanut butter instead of almond butter. I tried this and the peanut butter overpowers every other flavor in the cookie. The riper the banana the sweeter the cookie.
