
Ingredients:
2 Lbs of Salmon
2 Lemons
3 Tsp Minced Garlic Gloves
2 Tbsp Honey
4 Tbsp Water
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Ginger Paste
Seasonings to Taste on Salmon: Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder
Instructions:
1.Season salmon to taste, I recommend the seasonings I mentioned above.
2.Pan sear the salmon on medium high heat until about 75% of the way cooked to your liking.
3.Add the garlic cloves, honey, water, soy sauce, lemon juice, and ginger paste to the pan and whisk around the salmon. Bring the sauce to a boil and let simmer for a few minutes to let the salmon soak in the sauce.
4.Optional: Remove the salmon from pan once fully cooked and warm up your green veggies of choice in the remaining sauce!
