Vegan Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

2 Ripe Bananas

2 Cups of Rolled Oats

2 Tbsp of Almond Butter

1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract

1 Cup of Unsweetened Applesauce

1/3 Cup of Dried Unsweetened Cranberries

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and stir together.
  3. Form the cookies into small balls (about 1 to 1.5 Tbsp) on a cookie sheet.
  4. Place the cookies in the oven for about 20 minutes.

NOTES:

Servings: 18 Cookies

DO NOT use peanut butter instead of almond butter. I tried this and the peanut butter overpowers every other flavor in the cookie. The riper the banana the sweeter the cookie.
