French Toast

Ingredients:

5 Pieces of Toast
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Almond Milk
Cinnamon
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Greek Yogurt Topping: 2 Tsp Powdered Sugar, 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt, 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

1. Mix together eggs, milk, extract, and pumpkin pie seasoning
2. Dip bread into egg mixture in both sides
3. Spray pan with oil and heat on medium heat
4. Place bread on pan for 1-2 minutes then flip to opposite side for 1-2 minutes
5. Greek Yogurt Topping: Whip the Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together and serve on top of the toast.
