Chocolate Hummus

Ingredients:

1 Drained Can of Chickpeas
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
2.5 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Optional Toppings: Strawberries or Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

1. Throw everything in the blender and let blend for a few minutes. You might need to check and make sure everything is mixing well. If needed add a bit more almond milk to help blend better. Only add about 1/2 Tbsp at a time!
2. Sprinkle with chocolate chips or use as a dip with strawberries!! I promise you this makes it an amazing healthy snack!!

Notes:

Servings: 3

I used Sugar Free Maple Syrup. The strawberries are a must with this hummus!
