Chocolate Baked Oats

Ingredients:

2/3 Cup of Blended Oats
1 Scoop of Collagen Powder or Protein Powder
1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
2/3 Cup of Milk
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Mashed Banana 
1-2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Sprinkle of Cinnamon

Instructions:

1.Preheat the oven to 400F.
2.Mix all ingredients together in a blender and put in an oven safe dish.
3.Place in the oven for about 23 minutes. (This could be cooked in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, however I found it to taste better in the oven.)
4.After cooked in the oven, pour some milk and maple syrup on top to enjoy!

Notes:

Servings: 2

For blended oats, I just throw normal oats in a blender before all of the other ingredients.

I use Collagen Powder, Sugar Free Maple Syrup, and Unsweetened Almond Milk.

If you’re a big chocolate person I would do 2 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder.
