Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 Cup Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1 Egg
2 Scoops of Collagen Peptides or Protein Powder
1 Mashed Banana
1/3 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

Instructions:

1. Whisk all the ingredients together.
2. Cook the pancakes on the stove or the griddle for a few minutes!

Notes:

I used Non Fat Greek Yogurt, and Unsweetened Almond Milk.

Servings: 7 Pancakes
