Blueberry Bread

INGREDIENTS:

2 Cups of Flour

2 Eggs

3/4 Cup White Sugar OR Monkfruit Sweetener

1 Tsp of Baking Soda

1 Tsp of Baking Powder

1/2 Tsp of Salt

1 Mashed Banana

1 Cup of Blueberries

2 Tbsp Softened Light Butter

6 Tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce

1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk

Optional: 1/2 Cup of Blueberries for the topping

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Preheat the oven to 350F.
2.Cream butter, sugar, and apple sauce together.
3.Mix in eggs.
4.Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
5.Place in a loaf pan and cook for 50-60 minutes.

Notes:

Servings: 10 Slices 

If you want it to look like the picture, sprinkle the optional 1/2 cup of blueberries on top of the bread before placing it in the oven.
