Banana Foster Crepes

Ingredients:

Base of Crepe
Sprinkle of Salt
1 Egg
1/2 Cup of Flour
3/4 Cup of Almond Milk
Banana Foster:
2 Tbsp Dark Rum
2 Tbsp Water
4 Sliced Bananas
4 Tbsp of Brown Sugar or Golden Monkfruit
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Spray Butter to Taste
Cinnamon to Taste

Instructions:

Crepe Instructions:
1. Blend all of the ingredients together for the base of the crepe.
2. Heat your nonstick pan on the oven for 2 minutes.
3. Pour some of the batter in the pan and swirl to cover the bottom of your pan.
4. Cook until the edges look golden brown and flip. Cook on the other side for a few minutes and set aside.
5. Repeat this with all of your crepes.
6. Serve the crepes with your choice of filling and whip cream if desired.
Banana Foster Instructions:
1. Combine the cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla in a small bowl.
2. Place your sliced bananas in a pan on medium heat and spray some butter on them.
3. Place the brown sugar mixture in the pan with the bananas and let the sugar melt.
4. Once the sugar is melted, add the rum and water to the pan and let it simmer for a few minutes until the bananas look caramelized.

Notes:

Servings: 7 Crepes

I used the Golden Monkfruit instead of Brown Sugar.
