Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS:

2 Cups Self Rising Flour (OR 2 Cups of All Purpose Flour, 3 Tsp Baking Powder, and 1/2 Tsp Salt)

2 Eggs

3/4 Cup White Sugar OR Monkfruit Sweetener

1 Tsp Baking Soda

2 Mashed Bananas

2 Tbsp Softened Light Butter

6 Tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Cream butter, sugar, and apple sauce together.
  3. Mix in eggs.
  4. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Place in a loaf pan and cook for 50-60 minutes.

Notes:

Servings: 10 Slices

If you want it to look like the picture, slice a banana and layer it on top of the bread before placing it in the oven..
