Apple Cinnamon Muffins

INGREDIENTS:

1 Box Pillsbury Deluxe Cinnamon Swirl Quick Bread & Muffin Mix 

2/3 Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt

1/3 Cup of Half & Half

1 Egg

1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce

4 Tsp of Water

1 Cup Diced and Peeled Sweet Apples 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients and mix together in a bowl.
  3. Fill your muffin pan with batter and place in the oven for about 12-16 minutes depending on the size of your muffins

Notes:

Servings: 14 Muffins

I used the Sugar Free Box of Pillsbury Mix, Non Fat Greek Yogurt, and Fat Free Half and Half.
